Families get a quiet window in: daily briefings, green, yellow, and red wellness signals, plus gentle alerts if mood, appetite, or language shifts.

Built from years of real conversations, it holds their voice, stories, and wisdom, so family can visit them whenever they need.

Challenge

Build something an 80-year-old with zero tech skills can use effortlessly, that also gives their family real visibility, and turns a lifetime of conversation into a permanent archive. Three hard problems in one product.

Approach

Design voice-first so the parent never touches an interface, then layer a family dashboard on top. Structured as three phases that build on each other, and shaped with input from a board-certified physician co-founder for clinical sensitivity.

Execution

Real-time voice conversation, long-term memory capture across sessions, wellness signal detection surfaced to a family view, and gentle alerting, packaged into a trial-to-paid product with white-glove setup.

Outcome

Live product with a free trial and paid tiers (Family $29/mo, Legacy $49/mo for up to three parents). Early families using it daily, with memory export so their stories always stay theirs.
